Because a radio tuner does not require much power, this would be a very self-sufficient structure; the "next bus" LED display would use the latest in energy-efficient technology.

I think listening to random music at a bus stop would be annoying......kinda like being forced to listing to it while getting gas.......

I think that it is a great idea to have the time the buses will arrive posted in the bus stop. I would also add the final destination of each bus that stops here.
I would not add a radio tuner because peoples musical interests are so different. For example some people hate heavy metal and some people love it.
