This unit is void of a vending machine due to its vulnerability to being burgled. The stereo unit would consist of inset speakers in the roof protected by metal plates. The tuning mechanism could be made with that of the innovation similar to the interface of the Trax ticket machines; both in durability and utilitarian appearance.

I think it is such a great idea to have a radio its entertaining but still cost effecient. I really like your design. Its unique just like Sugar House and I think it would be a nice addition.

I like the idea that this person has but the architecture is pretty weird. Not in a bad way though.Looks really spacious and would be cool to have a radio inside to listen too.

Music, Circles, and Squares
This design aims to fit into the existing architectural stereotype of Sugar House. Having a solar-powered radio and a photo-switched (on/off) lighting system, one would not have to worry about staying at a dark bus stop at night or being bored while there.
Having the ability to tune the radio would allow anyone to listen to their preference of station. Being that not all people agree on musical tastes, this may spur some conversation between strangers. Solar panels allow this structure to require no outside wiring sources and the design of having wide open circular entryways allows for an airy feeling without negating weather shielding.
